Job Title: Program Principal - Strategic Business & IT

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Principal to lead our Strategic Business & IT team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and transformation through the effective alignment of business objectives with cutting-edge IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and transformation through the effective alignment of business objectives with cutting-edge IT solutions.
  • Lead the development of Strategic Business & IT offerings for customer's Enterprise Transformation needs, including large-scale initiatives such as cloud migration, application modernization, data analytics optimization, cybersecurity enhancement, and Enterprise architecture enablement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and strategic priorities, and provide strategic guidance and recommendations on how technology can support and enable their business objectives.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for IT initiatives that align with clients' business objectives and priorities, supporting digital transformation journeys.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic investment, and provide recommendations on technology adoption and implementation strategies.
  • Conduct workshops between business and IT stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of strategic objectives and priorities, and foster collaboration and communication across departments to ensure seamless integration of IT initiatives with business processes.
Requirements:
  • Expert-level experience in Enterprise IT, with a strong understanding of the latest advancements in tools and services available in the market.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and transformation through the effective alignment of business objectives with cutting-edge IT solutions.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
