Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of contracted temporary immigration attorneys and ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality support to asylum seekers.
- Develop and deliver training programs for supervisors and application assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain accurate training and client materials.
- Provide strategic advice to OASO leadership, Mayors Office, and City agencies on immigration legal services and policy matters.
- Ensure compliance with NYC program guidance and reporting requirements.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Four years of recent full-time responsible, relevant, satisfactory legal experience subsequent to admission to any bar.
- Eighteen months of experience in the supervision of other attorneys, in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity, or performing highly complex and significant legal work.
