We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director, Project Management to join our team at The Ogilvy Group. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex projects and drive client engagement and satisfaction in our services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic guidance to our senior clients, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of client profitability and mechanics to course correct business challenges where appropriate.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direction and mentorship to a growing PMO team
  • Enabling world-class Creative Excellence, Thought Leadership, and Business Profitability
  • Building out Global Programs from scratch
  • Working with all internal team members to define and optimize processes, developing highly effective strategies and briefs that lead to great work
  • Influencing the effectiveness and quality of work and advocating for the agency/client relationship
  • Mobilizing and driving the integrated team towards forward progress, action, and results
  • Confidently presenting work from a delivery standpoint
  • Developing staffing and scoping requirements for medium and large-scale projects
  • Driving innovation through collaboration with Technical and Customer Engagement specialists and partners
  • Own and report on the client budget to manage costs and deliverables as well as staffing resources
  • Identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans
  • Serving as a mentor/coach and/or direct manager to more junior and mid-weight team members and supporting the development of these team members
  • Developing and maintaining high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, conflict resolution, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement)

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven hands-on experience in directing and managing large-scale programs, extensive experience in managing multi-stakeholder clients, and the ability to lead multi- and cross-functional teams globally to deliver world-class outcomes.
