- Advises subordinate staff and line management in the application of HR policies.
- Labor Relations Responsibilities:
- Handle routine labor relations and human resource inquiries.
- Serve as the initial contact and liaison for employee complaints.
- Conduct initial interviews and gather information for employee relations matters.
- Collect information and data to assess cost and policy implications of negotiations and disputes.
- Advises all involved parties in a labor relations dispute.
- Compliance Responsibilities:
- Assist with recordkeeping related to hiring, termination, leave, transfer, and promotion.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to EEO, affirmative action, and labor relations.
- Employee Development Responsibilities:
- Train and coach managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Formulate and lead the company's initiatives on talent development, employee retention, and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- MUST HAVE experience working with multiple collective bargaining agreements.
- Capacity to serve as a successful member of the executive management team.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR staff members in a hybrid environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of global human resources and diversity principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- At least 12+ years of labor relations or employee relations experience.
- Experience with navigating and negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. Required in-office full-time. However, occasional work from home will be an option.
Occasional Travel:15% of the time. Offices are located nationwide.
Benefits and Compensation:- 15 days Paid Time Off (PTO) during the first full calendar-year of service.

Salary of $160,000 year with bonus and stock options. Actual rate dependent on location, skills, education, experience, and other business factors.
