- Conduct follow-ups with customers who have recently purchased vehicles to schedule Love-Encore e-delivery appointments, providing thorough explanations of vehicle features and available resources.
- Assist customers in resolving any lingering questions about vehicle functionality post-purchase to guarantee satisfaction.
- Support the sales team by addressing customer inquiries regarding technology before the purchase.
- Help previous customers personalize their vehicle technology inquiries during their visits.
- Explain, upgrade, and enroll customers in Subaru STARLINK telematics services.
- Keep the retailer's customer contact points updated with current promotional materials.
