Job Summary:

We are looking for a technical professional with a strong background in IT support to provide assistance to our employees with software, printer, file access, and other issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of MS Windows 10, MS Office 20XX, and printers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, printer, and file access issues
  • Assist with software installation and troubleshooting
  • Work with remote access software and ticket systems
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in IT support
  • Active Directory Users and Computers familiarity
  • Software installation and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic network functionality and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of MS Teams and troubleshooting
  • Experience with remote access software and ticket systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IAT Level I (or higher) certification
  • Windows Desktop support certification/training
