Job SummaryAt Vision Boutique, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Optician / Front Desk/ Optometric Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a willingness to learn all aspects of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with frame selection and lens options in our optical dispensary
  • Manage front desk duties, including verifying patient insurances and preparing examination and treatment rooms
  • Conduct patient case history and perform accurate pre-testing and documentation
  • Administer diagnostic eye drops and perform special medical testing
  • Provide excellent patient care and follow up with patients as needed
  • Train patients on contact lens use and maintenance


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in frame styling, selling glasses, and vision insurance is a must
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
