Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and document patient condition upon admission and throughout the procedure
  • Administer medications and monitor patient response
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Manage patients with potentially life-threatening conditions, such as dysrhythmia or hemodynamic changes
  • Explain procedures to patients and assess their understanding
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
