Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a proficient Aircraft Quality Control Inspector to join our esteemed partner in the aviation services industry. This organization is renowned for its dedication to ensuring the safety and efficiency of air travel, striving to make every flight a smooth experience. The selected candidate will play a vital role in fulfilling the production requirements of our client.

The Aircraft Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all inspections and maintenance activities adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a RII Inspector for an air carrier on customer aircraft, contingent upon approval.
  • Participate in training sessions as directed by management.
  • Act as a receiving inspector for components as necessary.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Uphold and promote the company's values, vision, and mission.
  • Certify aircraft for return to service.
  • Conduct inspections and manage technical records for customer aircraft as assigned.
  • Certify repaired components using FAA Form and Form 417 Component Tracking Tag as applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate (A&P) is required.
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise and competency in the relevant field.
  • Experience with Bombardier CRJ 200/700/900 and Embraer EMB 135/145 is preferred.
