  • Read and understand fire protection and system drawings

  • Manage project purchase orders, change orders, and weekly meetings
  • Lead project teams and make fair decisions related to project demands and customer service
  • Perform work in an efficient and organized manner and maintain thorough record keeping skills
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage multiple projects and make recommendations in response to changing conditions
  • Manage project budgets and identify budget changes throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • 5 years of previous trade experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Procore, and other project management software
