Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality results.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with management and internal departments to resolve escalated issues.

Departmental Work Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate materials processing and preparation for later stages of production.
  • Champion the FIFO initiative for materials received and staged.
  • Ensure compliance with internal requirements and document materials according to ISO standards.
  • Coach employees on job-related duties and goals.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management or related field preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of related industry experience required.
  • Able to read and communicate in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

Physical Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate is motivated and has high energy.
  • Previous experience with Forklift operation is preferred.
  • Ability to comply and utilize personal protective equipment based on work and area of work.
  • Candidate must be able to lift, push, pull, or maneuver weights of up to 50 pounds.
