Madison Honda is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Advanced Parts Inventory Specialist.

Job Summary

This role involves managing the inventory of parts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have prior experience in automotive parts management.

Responsibilities
  • Order, receive, and bill all parts
  • Maintain proper storage of parts and ensure shelves are stocked
  • Assist retail customers and technicians with part inquiries
  • Conduct regular bin counts and record keeping to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Pick-up and delivery of parts as needed
  • Keep the department and work area clean and organized
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive parts management, preferably in a dealership setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk, stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and reach
  • Pallet jack experience preferred

Location

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
