At Cycle Gear, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Inventory Operations Specialist. In this part-time position, you will have the opportunity to work in an industry you are passionate about and represent our brand at special events.

About the Job

This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with inventory management, customer service, and sales. As an Inventory Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing store backroom operations, receiving products into POS, organizing inventory, processing damaged products, and reporting items to the Inventory Control Team.

You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring proper merchandise display, and completing price updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining store presentation, merchandising, and retail standards, including backroom and workstations.

In this role, you will have opportunities to participate in workshops, classes, and resources for health, safety, and wellness. You will also be expected to promote open communication, remove barriers, and champion policies for a more equitable environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This part-time position also includes benefits such as 401K, Volunteer Time Off, and free REVER Pro membership.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience. You must also be able to work a retail schedule, possess strong computer acumen, and demonstrate a self-starter mentality.
