Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Technician to join our team as an Inventory Management Specialist. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities in our storeroom, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, and maintaining excellent communication with our purchasing team and site personnel.

About You

You have a strong background in warehouse management, preferably with at least three years of experience working in a store or warehouse environment. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Perform daily spot inventory checks, track issued materials, and record them on the appropriate documentation.
  • Receiving and Processing: Receive all Maintenance MRO shipments, log incoming materials, notify the relevant personnel, and deliver items.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into the Software System for received materials and new items, designating stock locations within the storerooms or alternate areas.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain assigned areas (storeroom, entranceways, desk area, isles, etc.) in a clean, orderly condition.
  • Aid Supervisor: Assist the supervisor in completing annual, bi-annual, monthly, and weekly physical inventory counts.
Benefits
