**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Designer to join our team in the development of innovative spacecraft mechanisms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in designing complex electro-mechanical systems.

**Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced satellite mechanism systems, including vibration isolation, thermal management, and motion control systems.
  • Conduct trade studies to identify optimal configuration of various mechanism assemblies and drive systems.
  • Create detailed CAD designs and simulations to validate system performance.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure reliable operation.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in design and analysis of mechanisms and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Proficient in 3D CAD design tools, such as NX or SolidWorks.
  • Experience with simulation tools, such as ANSYS or Nastran.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
