Key Responsibilities:

As the Accounting Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of general accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, and tax compliance.
2. Directing financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investment strategies across the organization.
3. Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of daily financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, collections, and inventory management.
4. Supervising the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and regulatory filings.
5. Conducting internal audits to assess and enhance accounting and administrative controls.
6. Collaborating with management to review financial statements and provide insights.
7. Establishing controls for new financial systems and refining existing procedures.
8. Working with software vendors to ensure the integrity of accounting software systems.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is essential.
2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing sector.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
4. Strong understanding of payroll processes and financial operations.
5. Excellent leadership capabilities and team management experience.
6. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
9. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
