COMPENSATION PACKAGE: BASE SALARY $70,000 - $85,000 DOE PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a wide range of Koorsen Fire & Security products and systems, including Intrusion Detection, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intercom Systems, and Monitoring Services.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to prepare accurate quotes.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, Electrical and General Contractors, and end-users.
  • Identify opportunities for Security system upgrades, relocations, additions, and modifications.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to cultivate new customer relationships.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations for prospective clients and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data using Ignite - Sales Tracker.
  • Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and practices.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and core values.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Prior sales experience in Security and Fire Life Safety is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of drug and background screenings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and functionality.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform repetitive motions while using a computer.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, and elevated noise levels.
  • Regularly required to communicate verbally and listen actively; frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects.
Hiring Process:
  1. New hires must complete the I-9 Verification form within three days of employment to verify identity and work eligibility in the United States, alongside E-Verify checks.
  2. All positions require comprehensive background checks, including criminal records and driving history.
  3. A urinalysis test for substance abuse is mandatory if an offer of employment is extended.
