Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed criteria for evaluating application, product, and/or tool selection based on identified product requirements.
  • Utilize comparative analysis techniques to assess and recommend comprehensive IT solutions for the organization.
  • Provide senior-level consulting services to internal business groups and colleagues on process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing business and IT outcomes.
  • Support the design, construction, and testing phases for broader scope enhancements and projects.
  • Lead business analysts in requirement analysis for small to medium projects.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced analysts.
  • Support the planning phases for building, testing, and implementing medium to large scope enhancements and projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional IT experience with a focus on technical and business analysis.
  • Knowledge of enterprise testing, quality standards, and software product aspects (architecture, infrastructure, security, DevOps, etc.).
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and software development environment methodologies.
  • Proficiency in XBRL.
  • Familiarity with business and functional requirements.
  • Experience in requirements analysis, planning, and prioritization execution.
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation and facilitation execution.
  • Knowledge of financial management.
  • Effective interviewing skills with stakeholders.
