This is a seasonal opportunity for an experienced stockroom coordinator to join our team at Kohl's. As a key member of our stockroom operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing and replenishment of merchandise in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare merchandise shipments, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
  • Perform daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory.
  • Replenish sales floor as needed based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
  • Engage with customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
  • Execute all product protection standards to prevent theft and loss.
  • Participate in training new hires on company procedures, inventory management, and productivity standards.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or stockroom operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
