We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ground Crew Specialist to join our team at Fly Trampoline Park Fairbanks. As a key member of our ground crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of our jump courts and other park features while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers entering the courts, ensuring they have a valid wristband and proper footwear.
- Explain jump area rules and regulations to guests, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Monitor the tracking system to ensure all jumpers are following rules and safety guidelines.
- Alert jumpers of their expired time and remove expired stickers to maintain a smooth and efficient experience.
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns, providing friendly and responsive service.
- Keep jump areas clean and well-maintained, fluffing the foam pit as needed.
- Monitor, clean, and restock bathrooms, cubbies, and seating areas to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to supervisors or managers as needed.
- Report any equipment problems or safety concerns to the manager on duty.
- Maintain a fully stocked backpack of first aid supplies and report any needs to the manager on duty.
- Attend to injured visitors within your designated area and complete incident reports as necessary.
- Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with managers and guests.
- Ability to understand and follow all aspects of the Fly Trampoline Park employee handbook and park rules.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
