Position Overview

The University Physicians' Association is on the lookout for dedicated candidates for a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) role.

Key Responsibilities

This position entails working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are paramount. The selected individual will collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting healthcare professionals with patient care tasks.
  • Managing appointment scheduling and prior authorizations.
  • Obtaining necessary pre-certifications for imaging procedures.
  • Communicating test results effectively.
  • Performing phlebotomy and other clinical duties.
