Job Summary

As a Sales Representative at Cardinal Health, you will be responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers through face-to-face or telephone contact to meet individual and organizational sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain and grow existing business and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of documented outside sales success in a competitive environment.
  • Medical device industry experience preferred.
  • Key account development experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
  • Ability to understand complex contracting and develop sound financial business cases.
  • Customer/vendor credentialing required.
