About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Part-Time Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and processing orders and deliveries.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Answer customer questions and provide product information, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, deliveries, and loading tickets accurately and efficiently.
  • Load customer merchandise and restock shelves to maintain a well-organized store environment.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
  • 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in a trade area related to the department, retail experience providing customer service, and sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs.
