Compensation:

$65,000 - $105,000 annually

(Annual increases of 2-4% based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster ongoing communication with staff to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Oversee Customer Service Representatives to uphold quality benchmarks
  • Provide support in resolving intricate customer concerns and escalations
  • Establish and enforce departmental policies and procedures
  • Manage daily operational duties and reporting
  • Recruit and train personnel as necessary
  • Serve as the main liaison for municipalities and service modifications
  • Mentor and develop team members
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in customer service
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel and Word
  • Capable of multitasking and thriving under pressure
