Compensation:$65,000 - $105,000 annually
(Annual increases of 2-4% based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:- Foster ongoing communication with staff to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Oversee Customer Service Representatives to uphold quality benchmarks
- Provide support in resolving intricate customer concerns and escalations
- Establish and enforce departmental policies and procedures
- Manage daily operational duties and reporting
- Recruit and train personnel as necessary
- Serve as the main liaison for municipalities and service modifications
- Mentor and develop team members
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in customer service
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel and Word
- Capable of multitasking and thriving under pressure
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Exhibit leadership and organizational capabilities
- Ability to inspire and maintain a collaborative work atmosphere
