Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Representative/Sales Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for cultivating new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones throughout the state of Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects through consistent sales efforts and exceptional product knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Monitor and document customer interactions, providing valuable insights to improve sales, installation, and after-sales processes.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate customer visits to showrooms and conduct product demonstrations as needed.
  • Develop and deliver sales and general information presentations to customers and prospects.
Requirements
  • Proven sales abilities and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to work with minimal supervision.
