Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Support: Collaborate with our team to design and implement effective programs that cater to the diverse needs of our participants.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to our staff members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Behavioral Support: Assist in resolving behavioral issues and develop strategies to promote positive behaviors.
- Personal Care and Hygiene: Help participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of participant progress and program activities.
