**Key Responsibilities**
  • Administer medications and complete treatments per physician's orders
  • Makes rounds, checking all residents
  • Completes nursing documentation on resident's records
  • Provides performance evaluations for healthcare employees
  • Assigns additional duties to nursing assistants
  • Assists supervisor with resident assessments, admissions, discharges, transfers, and deaths
  • Receives written, faxed, and verbal orders per facility policy
  • Maintains safety and infection control standards
  • Initiates Incident and Accident reports per policy
  • Keeps RN Supervisor informed of resident status
  • Supervises nursing assistants and requires accountability to comply with facility policies
  • Attends mandatory meetings
  • Adheres to Corporate Compliance Plan
  • Complies with HIPAA Privacy standards
  • Completes additional tasks to ensure high-quality care
**Compensation and Benefits**
  • $35.60/hour, with additional pay for weekend shifts, night shifts, and evening shifts

**Requirements**
