You will also lead a team of accounts payable professionals, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable process, including vendor setup, PO maintenance, invoice matching, and payment.
• Lead a team of accounts payable professionals, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and monitoring KPIs.
• Manage the employee corporate card process, including new card setup and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the accounting manager and procurement manager on topics impacting the group.
• Participate in corporate projects as assigned.
• Assist with the annual audit and regulator exams and questions.
• Ensure accounts payable desk procedures are documented and updated, as necessary.
• Review and update accounts payable internal controls as needed and ensure compliance when completing assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an accounts payable manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, including PeopleSoft and Coupa.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Good leadership and project management skills.
