Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Experience
    • Engage with patients to provide empathetic and personalized care
    • Resolve patient issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Model and share customer service best practices with team members
  • Operations
    • Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions
    • Perform pharmacist tasks, including compounding and verification
    • Ensure accurate dispensing of prescribed medications
  • People & Performance Management
    • Collaborate with Store Manager to establish expectations and goals
    • Monitor and recognize improvements in pharmacy staff performance
    • Manage pharmacy staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
  • At least 1 year pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and pharmacy operations
