Job Title: Senior Research Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Coordinator to join our team at the University of Minnesota. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing research projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage research projects, including developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with principal investigators, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities, research institutions, and government agencies.
  • Manage and coordinate research data, including data collection, entry, and analysis.
  • Prepare and submit research reports, manuscripts, and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, global health, or research methods.
  • At least 2 years of experience in research coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working in global health, public health, or research settings.
  • Knowledge of research methods, including data collection and analysis.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
