We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Leadership Professional to join our team in Warren County, NC. As a Public Health Nurse Supervisor I, you will play a vital role in planning, directing, and supervising public health programs in a small health department or serving as a program-specific assistant supervisor in a larger health department.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,903 - $69,208 per year, which includes a non-refundable signing bonus of $5,000 paid six months after employment. This bonus is part of the company's comprehensive benefits package, which includes health care, dental, vision, retirement, deferred compensation plans, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, short-term disability, employee assistance plan, referral program, holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Key responsibilities include planning work operations for nursing programs, collecting data on staff output and program outcomes, making recommendations for project changes, supervising nursing staff, participating in policy development, providing on-the-job training, resolving minor discipline issues, and participating in hiring decisions.

To be eligible for this position, you must have a Master's in Nursing and two years of Public Health nursing experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a Public Health Nursing rotation and three years of Public Health nursing experience. A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina by the NC Board of Nursing is also required.
