Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process.
  • Support team members to reach common goals and develop positive working relationships with other employees and departments.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
