Job Description

As a Director of Rehabilitation at Reliant Rehabilitation, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. You will lead a talented team of professionals, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement departmental programs and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals
  • Develop and implement departmental programs and goals
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Maintain high standards of performance and quality care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current license as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathologist
  • At least 5 years of experience in rehabilitation management or leadership
