About the Opportunity

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Director of Rehabilitation Services to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and aligning with our mission to improve the health of America's workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and lead by example, creating an exceptional patient experience
  • Manage key clinical center metrics, including % MS Referred, Visits per Case, % Therapy SDE, % Seen, TOP
  • Consistently demonstrate all components of the Physical Therapy Guidebook and Perfect PT visit
  • Manage clinical outcomes and address outlier cases with staff therapists
  • Optimize patient capture, processing of referrals, and scheduling through effective clinical workflows
  • Develop and execute therapy plans for each patient, focusing on early intervention and same-day evaluation
  • Create a professional and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient safety
  • Work with DTO to identify clinical improvement opportunities
  • Foster relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through routine communications and engagement opportunities
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with center clients and payers while responding to requests within 24 hours
  • Drive patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelors of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from an accredited college or university
  • Meet licensure requirements of jurisdiction
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
