We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience, along with opportunities for career development and continuing education.
About the RoleThis Speech-Language Pathologist position is located in Wilmington, MA, and involves working with students of various ages in a supportive school environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and be able to provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of K-12th grade students.
- Responsibilities:
Therapy Services: Provide high-quality therapy sessions that cater to the unique needs of students.
Assessment & Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized therapy plans that align with student goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into students' educational experiences.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Requirements:
Education: Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
Licensure: Current licensure as an SLP in MA, and willingness to obtain licensure in IL if necessary.
Experience: Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or CCC-SLPs welcome.
Skills: Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
