Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team in Wilmington, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the care of residents, providing rehabilitation services, and participating in the development of effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate resident needs and establish effective treatment plans
  • Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care within accepted practice methods
  • Manage and coordinate the supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines
  • Participate in the screening of residents according to directed schedules and practices
  • Perform necessary clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely billing records
  • Assist with marketing efforts as directed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current and Active Physical Therapy Assistant license within the state of operations
  • Prefer-experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation
  • Prefer knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings
