FCX Systems Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Associate to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and deliver quotations in response to customer inquiries, and create sales orders upon receipt of purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all costing associated with quote preparation.
- Prepare and present submittals for customer evaluation and approval.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product details, warranties, delivery timelines, and product returns.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Production teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Address customer inquiries related to products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
- Engage with customers post-sale or contract signing to resolve any issues and provide continuous support.
- Offer administrative assistance to the Director of Executive Sales and Executive Sales Associates.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing. A basic understanding of computer systems, fax machines, and telecommunication devices is essential. Additional qualifications include:
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in performing calculations and interpreting various financial metrics, such as percentage discounts and payment terms.
- Capability to draft and create routine reports and correspondence for both internal and external communications.
