Job DescriptionThe Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading Snowmass Mountain Club operations, driving sales efforts, enforcing club rules and regulations, and managing administrative responsibilities. This includes new member application process, token redemption, tracking, and reconciliation, as well as leading all member communication in collaboration with Club Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Snowmass Mountain Club team, working with the leadership team and hourly staff to exceed member expectations
  • Lead overall club operations in the absence of the Club Manager
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive overall funnel of potential members and high rate of conversion of new memberships
  • Work closely with Club Manager to ensure service standards are at a premium level, with key goal of reducing membership attrition

Qualifications
  • 5 years Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in the private club sector
  • 5 years Leadership/Management experience
  • Prior Club Management experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of managing a dynamic sales pipeline
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to network, cultivate relationships, and socialize with members while maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Strong computer skills including all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Fiduciary mindset to manage the Club as if one's own
  • Strong financial acumen to manage to budget
