About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Bookkeeper/Office Admin. to join our team at Dicor Construction, Inc.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to prepare and examine financial records, obtain primary financial data, and perform data entry and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Management: Prepare and examine financial records for accuracy and completeness, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Perform data entry and administrative duties, including prioritizing and multitasking, to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Financial Analysis: Obtain primary financial data for accounting records, compute and record numerical data, and check the accuracy of business transactions.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
