Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychosocial Therapist and Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide initial assessments, diagnoses, evaluations, and case management services for adult patients, as well as screen adolescents and children. You will also assist in planning, developing, and implementing health promotion and disease prevention programs and therapeutic services for individuals, groups, and families.

About the Position:
  • You will serve as a resource person or coordinate designated unit functions.
  • Thorough knowledge of psychosocial, behavioral, and psychiatric disorders, including substance abuse and chronic medical problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and educational levels.

In addition to your expertise, you must have a Master's degree in Social Work and at least three years of post-master's work experience as a clinical social worker in a health or mental health setting, or five years of experience in a non-clinical setting. A valid N.C. LCSW license is required. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is also necessary.
