Job Description

The Principal Process Engineer will play a critical role in the development and optimization of powder processes for battery manufacturing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and refining powder processing methods to ensure high-quality materials for battery production.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align powder processes with battery development goals.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians to drive process improvements and technical innovation.
  • Ensuring material quality and performance through testing and analysis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong expertise in powder processing and materials science, particularly in battery materials.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and experience in optimizing manufacturing processes.
  • Leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
