Senior Manager, Pipeline Infrastructure Protection and Land Management

Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Damage Prevention and Land Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent damage to our pipeline infrastructure and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Role- Lead the company's Damage Prevention Program and manage the Land Management Team and Public Awareness Manager.
- Develop long-term program strategies and year-to-year project plans for the Pipeline Infrastructure Protection Program and Geohazard Program.
- Manage the financial performance and execution effectiveness of projects, including budget management and operational efficiency.
- Manage processes for the upkeep, renewal, and record digitization of pipeline easements, leases, and other similar obligations.
- Ensure the efficient and effective upkeep of a land record repository, retrieval, search, and reporting system.
- Serve as Pipeline Infrastructure Protection Program owner for Pipeline Programs and Geohazards and ensure effective management of pipeline projects.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a Side trimming and Reclaiming strategy and develop priorities.
- Lead and support the Public Awareness Program Manager to ensure that Colonial's Public Awareness program is aligned with regulations, industry best practices, and company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- 10+ years of operations or business experience in pipeline operations, right of way/land management, or related industry experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Solid knowledge of real property transactions, easements, and permits.
- i.e., knowledge of DOT 195 (PHMSA) regulations, and state environmental and pipeline safety regulations.
