Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, clients, and vendors with a friendly demeanor
- Professionally handle incoming phone inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling and collect necessary patient information
- Accurately verify and input patient demographics and insurance information
- Possess knowledge of various insurance plans and effectively communicate this to patients
- Confirm insurance eligibility before patient appointments
- Prepare and file insurance claims
- Process payments and maintain precise financial records
- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic proficiency in computer usage
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively, utilize necessary office equipment, and navigate the office environment.
