Position Overview:The Marketing Representative role at Leaf Home focuses on embodying our brand values through direct interactions with potential customers. By engaging with attendees at various pre-scheduled events within a designated territory, Marketing Representatives play a vital role in enhancing brand visibility and converting it into valuable sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in consumer-oriented events such as home shows, fairs, and community gatherings
- Engage attendees through product demonstrations and generate sales opportunities
- Employ industry-leading sales techniques to effectively address objections and inquiries
- Set up and dismantle display equipment and promotional materials
- Timely submission of sales leads at the conclusion of each event
- Achieve assigned performance goals and KPIs
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
- Part-time position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work on weekends and evenings
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and task completion
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Background in the home improvement industry
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
- No mandatory overtime
- Combination of office and field work environments
- Able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
