Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of adhesives and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive methodology improvements in operational delivery and production costs
  • Develop and lead high-performing production teams
  • Coordinate daily operations requirements and drive production efficiencies
  • Improve capabilities of Dymax production and quality assurance
  • Establish and manage extraordinary standards of customer service and reputation
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, clean, ergonomically sensitive productive workplace
Requirements
  • Preferred BS in Chemical Engineering or equivalent background in chemistry
  • Specialty chemical production management experience required
  • 8+ years of experience in a production management role
  • Thorough knowledge and experience working with ERPs; JD Edwards Enterprise - 1 preferred
  • 5+ years of managing and leading teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practice in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and Six Sigma

Salary Range: $102,000- $153,000

Our company takes the compensation of its employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package including but not limited to location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. The base salary range represents the low and high end of our company's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of our company's total compensation packages for employees.
