GPAC is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming call questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries.
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given.
- Verify new customers' coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork.
- Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies.
- Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available.
- Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved.
- Property and Casualty License required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent needed.
- 1 to 2 years of Experience.
- Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- EPIC preferred.
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
