Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced CX&S Operations Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience and Services team, you'll be responsible for driving data-backed insights and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and improve the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from various systems to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain customer journey maps to visualize touchpoints and interactions.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators related to Customer Experience & Services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and data visualization platforms.
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.
