In this role, you will contribute to the advancement of wireless systems technologies, consistently exceeding the benchmarks set by earlier models. As an Embedded Cellular Firmware Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the embedded 5G/4G/multimode cellular physical layer firmware initiatives within a silicon design group, focusing on the creation and commercialization of robust cellular SoCs.

This position requires expertise in all facets of embedded firmware verification and integration. You should thrive in a dynamic, multi-functional environment, be open to constructive discussions, and adapt to continuously changing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and firmware teams to manage a complex build system, including compiler and linker options.
  • Maintain on-device testing infrastructure, CI pipelines, and related automation layers.
  • Engage in automated testing on virtual platforms and hardware devices.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with Gerrit, GitLab, and GitHub CI extensions.
  • Experience with Groovy and Jenkins pipelines.
  • Strong debugging skills in Linux/Unix/MacOS environments.
  • Knowledge of Make and CMake.
  • Understanding of Docker image configuration and deployment in Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with web API development and dashboard tools like Splunk or Tableau.
