We are seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Technician to join our team at WK Kellogg Co. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting industrial equipment, programming and calibrating PLCs, and collaborating with other skilled trade individuals to ensure the efficient operation of our plant.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical expertise in programming and troubleshooting HMI graphical interfaces and PLCs
- Calibrate weigh scale systems, load cells, and loss of weight feeders
- Develop and implement process controls and set-up procedures
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
- Work with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize and manage daily activities
- 5 years of industrial maintenance electrical/instrument repair experience
- Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
- PLC experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- $36.76/hour with shift differential
- Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus
