Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Instrumentation Specialist to join our team at WK Kellogg Co. As an Electrical Instrumentation Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring industrial equipment, troubleshooting PLCs, and partnering with other skilled trade individuals to keep the plant and production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical expertise in programming and troubleshooting HMI graphical interfaces and PLCs
* Calibrate weigh scale systems, load cells, and loss of weight feeders
* Provide knowledge on analog control loops, PID, 4-20, logic, process controls, set-up and calibration procedures
* Prioritize innovation and communication by actively seeking ways to improve plant efficiency and identifying cost-saving opportunities
* Partner and collaborate with the team to identify best practices, solutions, and techniques in solving plant breakdowns or troubleshooting needs

Requirements

* 5 years of industrial maintenance electrical/instrument repair experience
* Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
* PLC experience
* High school diploma or GED
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems

* 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm or 3rd shift: 11pm-7am
